2) What’s different about DFG’s outbound?

We use intent-aware targeting and behavioral-based messaging tailored to how buyers make decisions, then run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, and—on select tiers—human-supervised calling agents). The goal isn’t volume; it’s qualified conversations that convert.

3) Who is a good fit (ICP)?

Private B2B companies across SaaS/Tech, Telecom, MSP/Cyber, Logistics, Construction, and Professional Services. Typical sales teams are 3+ reps, with revenue from bootstrapped through $300M+. Decision-makers include Founders, Presidents, CEOs, CROs, and revenue leaders.

4) Do you replace SDRs?

We can augment or act as your Sales Development Rep (SDR) function. Many teams keep internal SDRs and let DFG run the system—targeting, messaging, cadence, and reporting—so reps focus on conversations and closes.

5) Which tiers include calling agents?

Calling agents are included only in Growth and Enterprise. Essentials focuses on email + LinkedIn while the system warms and learns.

6) What’s in each tier?

  • Essentials – 1 active multi-channel campaign (email + LinkedIn); baseline reporting; no calling agents.
  • Growth – Up to 3 live campaigns; deeper personalization; calling agents enabled; added magnets; bi-weekly reviews.
  • Enterprise5 campaigns; CRM integration and executive-level reporting; calling agents enabled; weekly optimization.

7) How fast can we launch?

Typical go-live is 15–21 business days after payment and onboarding (asset build, domain/inbox prep, sequencing, QA, testing).

8) What do you need from us to start?

A short onboarding (ICP, access for deliverability and calendar/CRM if used) and quick approval on messaging/magnets. We handle the heavy lift.

9) How do you measure success?

10) Do the Website Calculators guarantee results?

No. The ROI and Top-of-Funnel calculators are decision aids. Outcomes depend on market, inputs, and execution. Use them to model, then confirm results in the first 30–60 days of live campaigns.

11) What’s the DFG Guarantee?

After four (4) full billing months of live campaigns, if we haven’t demonstrated 3× ROI relative to our service fees, we keep delivering at no additional service fees for up to four (4) more months—or until 3× ROI is achieved, whichever comes first.

ROI = (incremental revenue attributable to DFG) ÷ (DFG service fees). Pass-through/third-party costs (e.g., domains, mailboxes, ads, verification, if used) aren’t service fees.

12) Contract term and cancellation?

Minimum 4-month commitment (Month 1 builds infrastructure + warm-up). Then month-to-month with 30-day notice.

13) Do you provide industry exclusivity?

Yes—one-industry exclusivity within your defined ICP to avoid conflicts and list fatigue. Broader protection can be scoped in your agreement.

14) How are meetings handed off?

We book directly to your calendar with buyer context (role, company, intent signal, and the path they came through). Prefer a gatekeeper? We can triage to an internal inbox first.

16) How do we get started?

Confirm tier, complete onboarding, and build/warm-up starts the same week. First campaigns typically go live within 3 weeks.
